Bundle Validity refers to the duration that the bundle may be used, after which the bundle shall expire. The data bundles validity is calculated as follows:

• This refers to the period after the bundle has expired but before the unused data allowance is cleared. All customers who renew their bundles before the end of the Grace Period shall roll-over their unused data allowance.
• The table below captures the Grace Period for data bundles in line with the NCC directive.

Customer cannot use the data during the Grace Period.

• This refers to the ability to carry over unused data balance to the next subscription. To roll over unused data balance, customers should simply renew the same bundle subscription on or before the end of the grace period.
• Unused data will be rolled over only when customers renew the same bundle.

• All Airtel data bundles are automatically renewed where customers have given prior consent to that effect (as explained below).
• At the point of activation, customer is prompted to opt for automatic renewal upon bundle expiration. Only customers who select this option are automatically renewed.
• Customers may cancel automatic renewal by dialing the applicable Opt-out codes.
• All customers are notified by SMS before their data bundle is renewed. At this point, they have an option to cancel the automatic renewal process.

• Airtel provides “best effort” internet quality of service. This means that Airtel does not commit or guarantee any specific internet speed. Internet speed or throughput is subject to numerous factors, including but not limited to number of simultaneous users in the location, device access type, network type, etc.
